Kevin Woodall leads MKW Investigations with over two decades of experience in security, investigations, and employment relations. His extensive career is characterized by a proven ability to conduct thorough industrial/ organizational security investigations, effectively mitigate risk, combat fraud, and ensure compliance with EEO, Civil Rights, and federal DBE regulations.

Mr. Woodall’s distinguished career includes significant roles within prominent organizations. Prior to establishing MKW Investigations, he served with the Office of Public Defender for Florida’s 4th Judicial Circuit, the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. These experiences have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of complex investigative procedures and legal frameworks.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Woodall is deeply committed to community engagement. He is an active and respected member of the Jacksonville community, demonstrated by his former role as Board Chairman of Changing Homelessness, Inc. He also served as the 23rd State Representative of the 7th District for the Florida Statewide Organization of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. Furthering his professional development and commitment to excellence, Mr. Woodall maintains memberships with the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, and the Society of Human Resources Management.

Mr. Woodall’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jacksonville University’s Davis College of Business and completion of the Executive Leadership program at the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business. His diverse background, coupled with his unwavering commitment to integrity and community, makes him a highly respected and trusted leader in the field of investigations.
