M. Kevin Woodall, Sr.
Kevin Woodall is the founder and chief consultant for MKW Investigations Company. Mr. Woodall is a security, investigations and employment relations professional with over 20 years of experience conducting industrial/organizational security investigations, mitigating risk, detecting/eradicating fraud, and governing EEO, Civil Rights and federal transit Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) compliance.
Before starting this investigations consultancy, Mr. Woodall’s significant representations in the field of corporate investigations include time in service with the Office of Public Defender, for Florida’s 4th Judicial Circuit, the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority.
Mr. Woodall is an active stalwart member of his community; he is corporately and civically engaged as the Vice Charmain/Changing Homelessness, Inc; Mr. Woodall is the 23rd (and current) State Representative of the 7th District/Florida Statewide Organization of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, and Mr. Woodall is a professional member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, the Society of Human Resources Management, the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
Mr. Woodall is a graduate of Jacksonville University’s Davis College of Business (BS/Business Administration); the University of North of Florida’s Executive Leadership program and has studied at the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business.
